   Oh yes, I saw your post about changing the background color but we are going to stay with the black for now. I will mess with glow titles again later though. Thanks!

   your background is black already, so I think too many #000000's in your skin were messing the css up. your whole background and everything will remain black, it was just removing the color from those 2 spots I noted..
   
   This is the way I tested it at my forum
   I added this to the css for that skin,
   .avatar-block table {
   border: 2px outset #a89cb6;
   Filter: Glow(Color=#9B9A9A, Strength=5);
   width:150px;
   }
   
   then I removed the {#000} from the spots I noted and then click preview, you'll see all titles glow (in IE) then I removed the .avatar-block text, so I knew the glow auto titles would work and the filter showed up..
   it's much faster to test than adding to titles then going back to find a profile with the title I needed to see.
   
   I hope this helps ya out when you decide to try again.
